Virtual Tours – VR 360

You’d love to be there. To see these amazing sceneries live. To hear the sounds and have a first hand experience…

Virtual tours are the primary level of multidimensional projections concerning points of interest, places, sites, objects -even a virtual graphics environment. They directly engage all our senses. They are a prime area where all means currently available (text, images, audio files, video, etc.) can be integrated into a comprehensive 360 degree experience.

Virtual tours intend to transfer you to the spot and offer all available information. A virtual tour of a place, as for example a luxury hotel suite, empowers the viewer’s desire to “be there” and offers the opportunity to choose what one really likes and deserves. The 360 degrees images combined with musical backgrounds make original video-clips. Our company offers added value to these presentations by projecting video spots and including extra links with data.

360 Live Streaming – VR 360

The live coverage and broadcasting throughout the world of performances, presentations and all kinds of events on 360 degrees video streaming is the way forward. Imagine, a simple event is turned into an experience for remote viewers, who not only have the feeling of being there, but who even choose the angle from which they want to follow the event, and also the one point from the entire surrounding area which is of most interest to them.

Augmented Reality – VR 360

Nowadays, when we are talking about digital applications, the term “augmented reality” is synonymous with innovation. However it is a cloudy “landscape” for most people, even for those who use it. If we were to try to define what it means for us, we would have to say that the term “augmented reality” means:
> The digital way of reflecting a reality that does not exist!
> The reality (at a digital level) that we want to project.
> An innovative way to view interesting objects or events.
> A combination of games, knowledge, entertainment and information, in an impressive environment.

Most (or, if you prefer the widely available) augmented reality systems use smart phones and tablets to display all this information in an impressive manner. They can turn a boring experience such as shopping at the supermarket into a game, or make an experience such as a visit to one of the leading museums in the world more intense and exciting. They place people at the centre of interest (anthropocentric approach) and often even offer personalized information. Our aim is to plan every application, both in terms of functionality and ascetics, to enrich it with details and conveniences which will impress the user, to control and distribute the content and to produce highly interactive applications which are viewed positively by the user.
We also aim to create high quality applications tailored to each customer’s needs (tailor made apps), while at the same time ensuring that the end-user participates more often in the experience or experiences which the app serves. The key to our success is impressive, intelligent and functional display content (images, text, audio data, video, etc.) which is tailored to the needs and specifications of each customer.

Holographic Projection – VR 360

Holographic projection is the method that allows the presentation of the 360 degrees videos over the four sides of a pyramid. The method is developed so to allow projection from a big dimensions screen as well as from a smartphone. When watching a 360 degrees video one has the feeling that he is located in the centre of the sphere and watches what is happening around him by moving his head left and right.
To have a better view it is recommended to where VR glasses.
The holographic projection allows the viewer to «jump out of the sphere» so to watch what is happening inside and from all four sides. This retains the 360 degrees feeling from all over the area and from many viewers simultaneously.
The word holography (in Greek means capture the whole) creates in the people’s mind a futuristic approach of impressive projections and a connection to innovative products and services. This projection method offers a new advertising medium that interacts with the viewer attracting him to move around so to discover all the sides of the subject. Holographic projection is an innovative method of displaying advertising messages to areas of mass access, shopping malls, commercial shops, athletic-cultural events and museums, expos, theaters etc

360 Video – VR 360

Virtual Reality allows everyone to have intensive experiences that otherwise he would not be able to enjoy! For example, it allows you to “dive” in 150 mete

rs depth and see a ship wreck like a professional diver. Or, to “land safely” after a free fall from 5000 meters height. The main difference from 2D videos is that when wearing the VR glasses you feel like you are there and have a first hand experience that is not available to observe by any other means.
This is the reason why big companies all over the world invest in the production of VR devices (computers, cameras, go

ggles), software, games and content that will be used exclusively at the booming VR market.
The concept behind 360 degree, immersive media is simple. While traditional videos provide only one angle of reference,

a 360 degree video enables viewers to take an active role in selecting the angles they se

e. Using the mouse to click and drag (or the gyroscope of your smartphone) anywhere within the frame of the video, viewers can look up, down, left, right, or completely around within the footage, just as if they were standing right there in the middle of the action.
We create specified context spherical videos, which simulate the unique feeling that you are at the center of the action! Τhe 360 videos offer the illusion of a 3Dimentional representation, surpassing 360 photographs.

Among our other 360 video productions, we distinguish some of our major projects: The Acropolis 360 video, Τhe Acropolis Museum (demo) as well as the “Patris” underwater 360 video.
