KYTHNOS – COLONA BEACH – VR 360

Kolona is the ultimate …360 degrees sandy beach and one of the most famous in the Aegean Sea. The terrestrial sandy passage that connects its peninsula with the rest of the island forms two seashores, the eastern and the western. A narrow dirt road goes up to that point. Yachts often moor here. Of course we recommend swimming in both beaches since each one offers a unique experience!

VR Destinations – VR 360

The only way to get the experience of visiting a place to the fullest extent is 360 degree video. These videos, along with VR glasses, are the main tools of digital marketing for many  international travel agencies and tour operators all over the world. They also use this technology in all world-class travel exhibitions. At the same time, it is the best way to promote cultural treasures by giving viewers the opportunity to say: “I must definitely go there …”.
Our company designs and operates special “Teleportation Units” for the promotion of destinations in 360 degrees videos -either in Greece or abroad.

360 video in Pilio – VR 360

Our team traveled on Moutzouris, the famous train of Pilio mountain to create this impressive 360 video. Enjoy a unique experience as the train passes through the villages of Ano Lechonia, Gatzea, Aghia Triada, Pinakates and Milies. Thirteen kilometers -a truly magical journey. It is no coincidence that in 1985, this railway line was listed as a protected historical monument and it was proposed to include it in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sights. The bridges along the line, a real attraction, are 12 in total. Some are stone-built with carved marble stone. The most impressive one, the only made of iron, is 10 minutes from the station of Milies. It is located above the straight of Taxiarchis and bears the name of Evaristo de Chirico, renowned engineer and father of painter Georgio De Chirico. The train operated until 1971 and then stopped its travels until 1996 when it was resumed. It was named Mountzouris due to the black smoke it left behind when burning coal.

3D Stereoscopic – VR 360

There is a significant difference between a 360 video and the corresponding 3D-360 video. In a 3D-360 video, the space has multiple levels, which means that you have a better sense of depth and distance, while the nearby objects and people appear uniquely lifelike.
Our company was the first to be involved with the three-dimensional shooting and processing of an image in a 360 environment using multiple camera systems. One of the first pilot 3D-360 videos we created featured excerpts from a performance of the “Barber of Seville” at the National Opera of Greece. As well as the shooting, which requires a large number of cameras which are perfectly synchronized with each other during recording, the image processing is a tedious, time-consuming and demanding process that requires powerful computers with multiple processors and special programs. However, the end result justifies the choice to create a 3D-360 video rather than a simple 360 video.~
Besides, according to most experts and analysts, it is 3D-360 video format that will used in the future as it provides true, almost “tangible” images/experiences.

Our divers, George and Stratis, dove in 30 m. depth and filmed spectacular underwater views of the spot.
The video was created by full 360 Abyss system.
